✅ Morning: Didn't go on phone first thing.
📺 Lunch: watched This is Us, season 6, episode 7 - work had me a little stressed. I needed to unwind!
After work: walked, watched YouTube
Dinner: Catfish, season 7, episode 33 - Kaden & Adriana
✅ After dinner: Translated Pour Moi by Chilla, Tayc into English in my notebook (the last time I used it was last April)
📱 Before bed: YouTube... Reddit... :(

Wednesday, 1

✅ Morning: A win—I didn't go on my phone first thing in the morning!
✅ Lunch: Another win; I read The Book of Goose instead.
📱 After work: Watched a few YouTube videos but not to the point of feeling bogged down. I even changed course and resumed practicing French vocab on Clozemaster.
✅ After dinner: A third win! I finished my book and wrote notes on it, something I haven't practiced since a year ago!

Tuesday, 31

📱 Opened Bear Blog first thing in the morning.
💻 Spent forever tweaking the menu part of the website.
✅ Lunch: Read The Book of Goose by Yiyun Li.
💻 After work and dinner: Scoured, in pure paranoia, r/whatsthisbug for bed bug, tick, and carpet beetle pictures after finding a bug on my bed.

Monday, 30

📱 Opened Bear Blog the first thing in the morning: I really need to replace reaching for my phone the second I wake up. It didn't used to be like this.
📺 Lunch: Catfish, season 7, episode 30 - Kristina & Faith: I have never been so annoyed at the person looking for their catfish and so shocked at the reveal.
📱 After dinner: Lots of YouTube...

After work: Catfish, season 7, episode 28 - Deven & James
After dinner: 📱 Browsed r/flipphones and r/dumbphones and found out about the very cute and very popular LG Ice Cream
Searched for QWERTY keyboard phones (there aren't many) and it made me miss my LG Neon from 2009
Somehow ended up on r/zune (maybe because I rationalized that keeping and maintaining an MP3 player made more sense than buying a flip phone)

💻 Watched a Twitch streamer try out a new Japanese restaurant and wait for his bill for 20+ minutes. He honestly could've asked for it again but, alas, he and the viewers endured it.
